- Email address
If these details match the information we hold, you'll be able to access MyHome straight away.

Already registered?
If you've already signed up, simply use the login via https://gateway.rubixx.app with details we have sent you to access your account.
Important information
The activation email may mention a MyHome mobile app. At the moment, this app is not available for Gateway customers.
We're exploring the possibility of introducing an app in the future and will keep you updated.
In the meantime, you can access MyHome easily through any web browser on your phone, tablet or computer.
